Infogration Consulting LLC is a consulting firm based in Seattle, WA with a vision of helping our clients transform their content into a source of sustained competitive advantage. I have consulted on taxonomy, information architecture, content management, information management and business analysis for a variety of organizations.
About “Infogration”
My passion, however, is helping small businesses think about the benefits of creating an information management strategy right from the start. The blog on this website will mainly be used to develop and discuss my theory of “infogration.”

About Brian
I was born and raised in Boston and live in Seattle with my wife and daughter. I have a B.A. in Visual and Media Arts (Film) from Emerson College. After graduating college, I owned and operated my own video production company and moved to Seattle in 2006. I have always been fascinated by the power of information and a few years later I entered the Master’s of Science in Information Management (MSIM) program at the University of Washington, graduating in 2011.
In 2012, I founded Infogration Consulting. Having owned now two small businesses, I want to help entrepreneurs succeed and I believe the way that I can do that is to help them think critically about their information.
I enjoy hiking, camping, sea kayaking, and exploring around the Pacific Northwest, reading, and watching baseball (Go Sox!). One of my lifelong passions is writing, and to that end, I also do freelance writing.
